How to Measure Your Ring Size

For the best results, make sure to give enough space to accommodate your knuckle. Keep in mind that your fingers vary in size during the day depending on several factors, like temperature and humidity. Therefore, it is recommended to measure your finger at the end of the day, when it is likely the largest. Also, the same finger might differ in ring size for your left and right hand, make sure to measure the finger that you are planning to wear the ring on.

Step 1: Prepare the Paper Strip

  • Cut a narrow strip of paper that matches the width of the ring you want to wear. Wider rings require a larger size, so make sure the strip is about as wide as the desired ring.

Step 2: Measure Your Finger

  • Wrap the paper strip snugly around the finger you intend to wear the ring on. Ensure the strip is tight but comfortable, as a secure fit will give you the most accurate measurement.

Step 3: Mark the Overlap

  • Once the paper strip completely encircles your finger, mark the point where the strip overlaps with a straight line. This mark indicates the circumference of your finger.

Step 4: Determine Your Ring Size

  • Unroll the paper strip and measure the length of the marked section in millimeters. This measurement corresponds to your ring size. For example, a length of 57 mm equals a ring size of 57.

Step 5: Double-Check with Multiple Measurements

  • Repeat steps 1 through 4 a few times to account for any variations in measurement. Average the results to find your most accurate ring size.

Step 1-3:

Step 4-5:

Ring Size: 57

Alternative

  • If you have a Measuring Tape at hand you can use this instead of a paper strip
