Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These terms and conditions (T&C) apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business, or profession. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership that, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their trade, business, or profession.

2. Contracting Party, Contract Formation, Correction Options

The purchase contract is concluded with Cécile Garcia Jewellery.

By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided for this purpose in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer of the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation via email.

3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text

The available contract language is English.

We store the contract text and send you the order data and our T&C in text form. You can view the contract text in our customer login.

4. Delivery Conditions

4.1 Shipping Costs

In addition to the product prices, shipping costs apply for standard shipping. You can find details about the shipping costs by clicking on "shipping and returns" in the footer of this page.

4.2 Delivery Options

We ship the products to the delivery address specified during the order process.

Delivery is only possible by shipping. Self-collection of the goods is unfortunately not possible.

We do not deliver to packing stations.

5. Payment

5.1 Prices

The prices listed at the time of the order apply. These are total prices and include statutory VAT.

5.2 Payment Methods

In our shop, the following payment methods are generally available to you:

Advance Payment
When selecting the payment method advance payment, we will provide our bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

PayPal
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out by PayPal immediately after placing the order. You will receive further instructions during the order process.

PayPal may offer additional payment methods to registered and selected customers. We have no influence on the offering of these options; they concern your relationship with PayPal. More information can be found in your PayPal account.

6. Warranty and Guarantees

6.1 Legal Right of Liability for Defects

The statutory law on liability for defects applies.

6.2 Guarantees and Customer Service

Information about additional guarantees and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.

7. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which can be found here.

We are not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
